The Statue of Unity is a colossal statue of Indian statesman and independence activist Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who was the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of independent India. The statue is located in the state of Gujarat, overlooking the Narmada River near the city of Kevadia. It is the world's tallest statue, standing at a height of 182 meters (597 feet).

The statue was inaugurated on October 31, 2018, to commemorate Patel's role in the unification of India. It has since become a popular tourist attraction, drawing visitors from all over the country and beyond.
